Benfast House Services:

Dear customer, you should read all the details of our services and cost of each of them, in this way you will know which are included in the price of the rent and which are not included: this will help you make a correct decision and you will know your budget.

We do not forbid our guests to have other guests for breakfast, lunch, dinner, spend the day or night in the pool, bar, have drinks, but have to pay the consumption of each guest.

We offer our customers an excellent welcome cocktail (Mojito).

Concierge y Bartender 24 hours taking care of all your needs; Internet connection, Wi-Fi, Cleaning services, cook, security guard, porter, reservations to places of interest; Our team daily clean the pool, all rooms, all areas of the house, change sheets, bath towels, pool towels; toilet paper; Our staff and kitchen team will make excellent breakfast, Snack Bar, lunch and dinner for you.

Very important:

We provide WiFi service (This services is available in Benfast House VIP +, Benfast House Classic does not have WiFi Service) but you must pay the same price that our house pays for this service. $1.50 per hour.

You pay what you consume. These services are at the customer’s choice:

Breakfast, lunch, dinner, typical Cuban dinner, bar services, Snack Bar, laundry and ironing, massages, podology Service, dance classes, haircut, communication, public transport, private transport, old classic-Cuban cars, pick up at the airport.

All the clients lodged in our house have requested these services; all have been very satisfied, everyone has felt as if they were in their own home.

Very important:

You must notify our concierge or bartender with time, the days you want to have lunch or dinner at our house and if you have guests, how many people.

All services are paid in cash (EUR/ USD).  Every morning we deliver an invoice with the consumption; It is the client’s choice to pay it daily or at the end of the rent.

We do not accept payment in CUC

We recommend all our clients who visit our house, bring with them EUR / USD for the payment of the services.

  • It includes. Whole roasted pick  served in Yagua with rice, salad, chicarrones, fried plantain, tamales, yucca with mojo, and typical dessert of torrejas in syrup with coconut candy.

Bar Service

You will not have to worry. You enjoy, they will take care of you.

Our Bartender gives a personalized attention to all our clients. They will make for you, friends, family and guests all kind of drinks, cocktails, coffee, tea, (Cuban Rum, Vodka, Whisky, Tequila, Red Wine, White Wine, Sparkling Wine, Beers, Whisky Cream, Red Bull, Soda, Juices, Water Panna, Water San Peregrino,). etc.

Very important:

We do not prohibit our customers from bringing drinks that contain alcohol to consume in our home. We allow to bring a maximum of 2 bottles containing alcohol, more than two bottles we will charge $10.00, for each bottle.

Other Services

Snack Bar

Sandwiches of ham, cheese, vegetables, chicken, tuna, croquettes, appetizers, hamburger, juices, espresso coffee, Nespresso coffee capsules, chocolate coffee, American coffee, coffee with milk.

Barber / Hairdresser

If you, family or friends want take a Haircut. We can arrange the appointment and the professional and certified staff give you a personalized Haircut in our house. Haircut price: $15.00 per person.

Massage

If you, family or friends want to take a massage. We can arrange the appointment and the professional and certified staff will give you a personalized massage in our house. Relaxing full body Massage price: 1 hour for $55.00 per person.

Podology

If you, your family or friends, want Podology service. We can arrange the appointment and the professional and certified staff will give you an excellent service. The Podology service includes an excellent foot massage. Podology service price with foot massage Included: $25.00 per person.

Dance Class

If you, family or friends want take a dance class. We can arrange the appointment and the professional and certified staff give you a personalized dance class in our house. Dance class price: 1:30 hour for $35.00 per person.

Reservation to Places of Interest

If it is of interest to you, friends and family, we can do management to reserve them in places of interest, restaurants, cultural centers, etc. One week before arrival at our house you must tell us which of the places of interest you want to know, for us to make timely arrangements. You do not have to pay for this service.

Communication

You can use a mobile phone designates for our customers with credit included, so you can communicate with our staff or any other person you need daily. The customer pays for the money they consume.

Laundry and Irony

In all rooms you can find a price list for this service. Very important: You must request the service before 11.00 am and it is delivered the next day before 11.00 am.

Transportation

Private transport: Old Classic-Cuban Cars

Capacity Old car: 4 persons per car.

If you rent the Old Cars all day, it includes, driver, gasoline, pick up on arrival at the airport and take them when you finish your stay in Havana.

The price of the Old Cars in Havana city is $130.00, 12 hours a day.

Outside the city of Havana, depending on the places you want to visit you should consult the price. We clarify that these prices may vary depending on demand.

If you, your family and friends need this service, you must communicate it in time, we must make the arrangements with the owner of the Old Cars.

Airport pick-up service: Old Classic-Cuban Cars

If you want the pick-up service at the airport, you must confirm it in time and provide us with the flight number, the airline that flies, the arrival time, the terminal where your flight arrives, and the name of each of the guests that will be staying at our House.

The price of Airport pick-up service $45.00

Services that are not included during the booking are paid in USD or EUR

We clarify to all our clients that services unrelated to Benfast House (massages, dance classes, haircuts, public transport, private transportation, old Cuban Classic cars, pick-up at the airport, are subject to price change according to demand). These prices do not depend on Benfast House.
Benfast House only intermediate in the coordination of the same at the request of the clients. Customers pay for these services directly.
