If you cancel your reservation you should not worry; Benfast House guarantees the following:
You can modify your reservation period as long as the new chosen date range is available in our calendar.
You have 180 days from the cancellation date to choose a new date range for your new reservation. During that period of time, the minimum value of the days to be reserved will be the same as you previously paid, so we clarify that, if in the new selected date range the price is lower than the one you already hired, Benfast House VIP Plus + will not return the difference. In case the price of the new reservation is higher than the one contracted previously, Benfast House VIP Plus + will make a discount equivalent to the difference between the total amount contracted previously and the total amount of the new reservation, in this way you will not will never pay more.
If you make your new booking request within the deadline, corresponding to 180 days after the cancellation date, and you already pay for the first night's deposit, you will not have to make this payment again.
The above provisions only apply if your new reservation is made within 180 days after the cancellation date.
It is important to know that in case you make your new reservation out of the deadline, corresponding to 180 days after the cancellation date, you must pay for a new invoice including the deposit payment corresponding to the 1st night.
